This recipe is simple, delicious and low in fat and calories. Really, what else could you ask for in a dessert? I have made this many times and it’s as enjoyable as ice cream on a warm summer day. For fun, I’m serving it here in a martini glass.
3 Ingredient Mousse
1 and 1/2 cups fat free half and half
1 1.4 oz package fat free, sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 8 oz tub of reduced fat or sugar free Cool Whip
In a large bowl, whisk together the half and half and pudding mix until creamy, about 2 minutes or so.
Gently, fold in the Cool Whip.
Divide the mousse evenly among individual dessert bowls and refrigerate for 20 or up to 2 days. The recipe recommends 4 servings but I recommend 6.
